learn to love learning and learn to love life.
In preparation to influence an inclusive practise, I have done a lot of studying to understand the different ways we learn.
Being that I myself have my own learning difficulties, I know that in some classes it is harder to ask for the help that is needed. I have a better understanding or empathy of what the students are needing especially those that are non-verbal because they don't have the voice to speak up for what they feel like they need.
I think for me the biggest challenge will be having to step back and not help more than the student needs and sometimes talking to much is another challenge. I need to learn how to step back and not always be in control of others things but know when to step back in to give that right level of assistance as an Educational assistant.
